We start with only the freshest ingredients, all grated, separated, chopped, and stirred by hand. To ensure every bite is infused with a notable sweet and spiced flavor, once baked to perfection, the cake is drenched in a special Haitian rum you won’t find in the states. To top this signature treat off, we soak raisins in rum and fold them into our decadent, rich, and creamy butter-based buttercream frosting.
